Let’s TRAIN Darts and the Andover Darts Youth Academy

Established in 2006 and widely regarded as the U.K.’s original and leading Darts-Academy we are always aware of the need to keep moving forward.

We are constantly focussed on ways of improving our coaching curriculum, the importance of stimulating our youngsters and the importance of the enjoyment while still recognising the need to invoke the challenging aspects of the wonderful game of darts.

That is why we at The Academy were delighted to take delivery of the new and exciting training boards from Bas Asselbergs at Let’s TRAIN Darts.

With well over 100 members registered at the Andover Academy it is always a challenge to measure each individual’s progress and the areas that need improving that is why we were excited when we saw the layout of the new training boards.

There has obviously been much thought and research put into the design as they are aesthetically pleasing, concentrating on key areas yet catering for each level of player from beginner to professional.

There is also a comprehensive DVD to take you through each exercise performed by some of the top names in Darts and is accompanied by an easy to understand manual.

We are so pleased that we have adapted our programme to include the boards as part of our training programme for both junior and senior levels.
